Jack has lived and done business in Commerce, Texas since 1947, where he owned and operated a small chain of variety stores. Jack established Jack Chapin Real Estate in 1963. Subsequently, he sold the variety stores in order to dedicate himself to the real estate industry on a full-time basis. He was later joined by his son and son-in-law, Terry, as the firm grew.
Jack is a fully licensed real estate broker. He is married with three children. He and his wife, Lois, own and reside at the Chapin House Bed & Breakfast, near Texas A & M University - Commerce.
Jack is a member of the First Baptist Church, and has been a member of the Lion's Club for 50 years. |
